DESCRIPTION
During the needle punching working, the fibres must be pushed outwards to form a soft, pleasant-looking surface.
For this reason are used a work surface composed of brushes able at the same time to support the nonwoven without hindering the needles.
These two functions of vertical support and horizontal compliance are achieved thanks to the high quality of our filament and the perfect round shape in order to obtain the best outcome on the nonwoven.
The quality of the filament used also affects the useful life of the brush and the degree of stress it can withstand before having to be replaced.
